Who can purchase tickets for the TAMCO Foundation motorcycle drawing?
You must be 18 years or older to be eligible to participate and be selected as a winner in the TAMCO Foundation motorcycle drawing.

How much does a ticket cost?
A $10.00 donation is suggested for each ticket. No purchase or contribution is necessary to participate.

How many tickets can I purchase?
You may submit as many tickets as you would like. Keep in mind that you improve your odds of winning by submitting multiple tickets and proceeds from ticket sales will be used to support TAMCO Foundation.

How do I obtain tickets?
There are several convenient ways to obtain tickets:

     1. You may send a check to TAMCO Foundation addressed to the Chopper Drawing. You must include your Name, Phone      Number and Email address to be entered into the drawing.

     2. You may obtain tickets at motorcycle tour location. Dates and schedule TBD.

     3. You may also obtain tickets at the Grand Slam Charity Fishing Tournament, Crawfish Boil on April 15-16, 2010 in      Tampa, Florida.

When will I get my tickets?
Mail orders: If you are sending a check to TAMCO Foundation to obtain tickets, you will receive your ticket stub(s) in the mail. You need not have a record of your ticket to win. You are not required to have your ticket stub if you win as proof of entry; however, we will require a valid driver’s license for proof of identity. Ticket number is not needed to win; winner is determined by the contact information drawn from the winning ticket.

Do I need to be present at the drawing to win?
You do not need to be present to win. TAMCO Foundation will call the winner and continue to makes calls until the winner is notified. You may also check the website at www.tamcofoundation.org 24 hours after the ticket drawing, which will be held at approximately 2pm on Sunday, July 4, 2010, to verify the winner. You may also call the (813)319-2533 for the winner’s information.

How will the winners be notified?
We immediately call the winner and continue to makes calls until the winner is notified. If we are unable to notify the winner, we will email the winner. The winner must claim prize no later than 5 p.m. fourteen (14) calendar days after emailed notice. If the prize is not claimed within such time, next drawn ticket may be awarded prize subject to claiming prize within seven (7) calendar days of emailed notice.

When is the latest I can get tickets?
Mail requests for tickets must be postmarked before June 20, 2010.

Is my ticket entry a tax deductible donation?
The IRS has decided that amounts paid for chances in drawings, lotteries or similar drawings for prizes are not gifts, and do not qualify as tax deductible charitable contributions.


What are the Rules and Regulations governing the TAMCO Foundation Motorcycle drawing?
TAMCO Foundation Motorcycle RULES AND REGULATIONS
Tickets are $10 each (suggested) minimum donation to the TAMCO Foundation, 4830 W. Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 650, Tampa, Florida 33609, and proceeds will benefit TAMCO Foundation. All tickets for the TAMCO Foundation motorcycle will be entered into the drawing at approximately 2 p.m., July 4, 2010, at 4830 W. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 650, Tampa, FL 33609. The TAMCO Foundation motorcycle prize is located at 4830 W. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 650, Tampa, FL 33609. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Winner selected at random from eligible ticket entries will be notified by phone and certified mail. Winner must state in writing their intention to claim the motorcycle prize no later than 5 p.m. fourteen (14) calendar days after emailed notice. Winner must provide the TAMCO Foundation with sufficient documentation evidencing their ability to fulfill the IRS gift tax liability within sixty (60) days of initial notice. If prize is not claimed within such time, next drawn ticket will be awarded prize subject to claiming prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of mailed notice. In event of a challenge, the winner will be selected by Pender Newkirk & Co., and its decision shall be final. Winner to allow the TAMCO Foundation to use their name(s) and picture and/or likeness for promotional purposes. Copies of, or questions regarding, rules and regulations may be obtained by written request with a self-addressed, stamped return envelope to the above address or on the website at www.tamcofoundation.org. Entry cut-off to purchase tickets online is June 30, 2010. All entries must contain name, email address, and phone number to be valid. If any of such information is missing or is incomplete, an alternative winner will be selected. Members of the TAMCO Foundation Board of Directors, TAMCO Foundation employees/ consultants/ independent contractors and their dependents are not eligible to participate in the drawing nor are they eligible to be selected as winners of the prize. A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling 1-800-435-7352 toll-free within the state of Florida. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the State of Florida.

How much will I have to pay in taxes?
There is a tax liability associated with winning any prize, however, we are not tax professionals and we highly recommend and furthermore advise you to consult with your local tax professional as to the tax liability involved with winning the TAMCO Foundation Motorcycle.

Are there any other costs in addition to the tax liability the winner is responsible for?
Yes, the winner is solely responsible for making arrangements to pick up motorcycle. Shipping may be arranged by TAMCO Foundation.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by the TAMCO Foundation Motorcycle Rules and Regulations and the decisions of TAMCO Foundation related to interpretation and application thereof. Entrants will be disqualified, in the sole discretion of TAMCO Foundation, if attempts are made to disrupt the drawing or circumvent the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations. If the foregoing occurs, TAMCO Foundation reserves the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention in a manner, determined solely by TAMCO Foundation. The tickets and prize are not transferable or assignable and they are not redeemable for cash. TAMCO Foundation reserves the right to replace the advertised prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is no longer available. TAMCO Foundation is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries or tickets; (ii) failed, returned, or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of TAMCO Foundation that may cause the drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (vi) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the drawing; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the drawing. The drawing and all documents, acts or omissions related thereto shall be construed and governed by the federal laws and regulations of the United States, the state laws and regulations of the State of Florida, and local laws and regulations of the County of Hillsborough, Florida. Any and all actions or claims in any way related to this drawing and all documents, acts or omissions related thereto shall be filed solely in the courts of the State of Florida, County of Hillsborough. By participating, entrants agree that TAMCO Foundation shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this drawing, including entry and participation in this drawing and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to a participant's entry or participation in this drawing, they will indemnify TAMCO Foundation from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related thereto.
